Peter Wetherell is the founder and Chairman of Wetherell – Mayfair’s leading specialist estate agent for 40 years and a lead advocate of bringing residential life back to London’s No.1 area.

Wetherell have acted for main freeholder Grosvenor for over 25 years and as a development agent has been responsible for the sale of over 100 office buildings reverting back to their former residential use creating 250 new homes as houses and apartments. He has advised on a number of new residential schemes for Grosvenor, LandSec plc, British Land plc, Almacantar and others in bringing a further 250 new homes to the Mayfair area.

Peter has a keen involvement in local issues and community projects having lived in Mayfair for a number of years and brought up a family in the area. He sits on committees of a number of Stakeholder groups in the area and over the last 5 years has had an active involvement in The Mayfair Neighbourhood Forum.
