After many years of experience in different domains of real estate (sales and sales-strategy, acquisition, project development, parceling, negotiation, networking,etc.) for several important groups, Olivier decided to use this knowledge for creating his own business and give an added value to several companies as a freelance real estate consultant.

Since 2018, Olivier joined one of the most innovative developers in Belgium, ION,as a freelance consultant.

As Acquisition Director, Olivier is responsible for the strategic acquisition, negotiation, lobbying, feasibility evaluation, new markets, etc.
