Wimbledon House This new three-storey, extension is of a contemporary design which contrasts with the traditional design of the existing house. The design is unique and innovative and it reflects a dance promenade in elevation. The design has already been awarded with a prestigious award (UK Property Award 2017). Two planning applications were submitted in order to arrive at the desired design. A Permitted development application for the first and second floor and a planning application for the extended ground floor. The open plan living area spans shy of 16m, an exceptional large room for London. The bathrooms are considered work of art, borderline magical – with glass instead of tiles they have an “Alice in Wonderland” look.
Mansion in London New forms were introduced to the existing Victoria building enhancing the existing darker rooms with a new playful design. The concept was based on contrast and balance. Water falling from the main atrium into blazing fire below, with the staircase surrounding the water. The same shape fire place and roof lights have been introduced in the master bedroom for design continuity. The interaction of contrasting elements together with the marriage of the old and the new architecture creates an elegantly poetic piece of design.
Parson Green Basement Conversion Located off King's Road, this luxurious basement conversion demonstrates a mostly dual tone – Coco Chanel - aesthetic with some hint of colour introduced delicately and sympathetically. Black staircase with white carpet, large scale fire place, Black glazed utility room and a full mirrored bathroom, the attention to detail is equivalent to Coco Chanel's perfumes selection. The black and white contract in colour creates a classy and sophisticated look and feel. Currently under construction, this project has been predicted to win all interior awards.
Parametric House Parametric House This particular design really pushes the limits of housing design. The parametric roof curves on both directions – on elevation and on sections – creating an amazing experience when walking from inside to the garden. Not one level of the roof is the same as the next, like two sea waves connecting together. The project is not on site to date, however it has been approved from all necessary statutory bodies. The uniqueness of this design is exceptional. Only commercial development, have been developed with Glulam Beams and these were spanning only in one direction. The reason behind the wave is based on the existing house. The proportions of the first floor windows are different and the roof is reflecting the same lines. As the planning permission was given under permitted development, the roof had to come down in height on the edges. This made the design decisions very functional yet very dynamic.
South Wimbledon House The construction of the house has been of the latest innovative Durisol Block technique. The blocks have replaced bricks, insulation and cavity. The new walls have been put up as Lego within a couple of days and their strength and durability is exceptional. The foundations are isoLohr, also a new approach to raft foundations with extra insulation. Quick to construct and very environmental friendly, is the future of construction. The two curved panels are shaping the new elevation creating a sense of enclosure and a homely feeling while it also protects the new extension from direct rain.
Mayfair House The “wow” factor for this multi-million pound development has been created on the roof. The ceiling takes on a wavy form maximizing natural light exposure. This sculptural piece blends in and enhances the artwork and furniture arranged in the room. The client needed a sanctuary place where he could entertain guests or find peace as a home office. The reason behind the wavy arrangement was the planning restriction for the facades to only 2.2m maximum height. With the wavy roof solution, the height could be almost double without being visible from the streets and while providing a decent height for the luxurious loft conversion.

South London House The challenge for this project was to maximise the space by connecting three different ceiling heights while bring in as much light inside as possible. Clean lines were para-mount. Roof lights were introduced in every available space in a combination of bi-folding doors and french doors. The result is bright and airy.
Wave House The Wave House is a unique luxurious Summer Villa in Kefallonia, Greece. The design is adventurous, dramatic and in harmony with the natural environment, as the roof imitates the movements of the waves. The lower ground floor -where the bedrooms are situated - is under sea level surrounded by fully glazed windows offering amazing underwater views. The ground floor includes the formal sitting areas. No walls have been designed on this level but a glass balustrade so that the guests can enjoy the amazing, undisturbed views of the sea and the nearby seashores. Angled from the opposite seashore the building appears as a natural element in the horizon.
